Starting to use our service is very easy. Simply log in using one of the available authorization methods.

In the "Dashboard" and "Receiving Calls" sections, you will find your personal link for viewers to pay for calls. Copy it, place it under your stream, and make your broadcast even more engaging!

❗ Remember, to activate the payment and calling system, you need to link your bank card in the "Payouts" - "Add Card" section (otherwise, we have nowhere to send your donations; we don't store money ourselves, everything goes through the partner bank's system).

In this section, you can see your loyalty rate (the % received from each donation through Wannasay) and your payment link, which you can customize to your style (upload a personal banner, adjust colors, add a thank-you text for your viewers).

Please note that you will see all changes to the payment page on the right. Don't forget to save the changes!

❗ Also, we would be very happy and grateful if you could provide a little information about yourself (links to your channels). We'll definitely drop by your stream (and maybe even have a chat!).

And here is our main and most interesting section!

Hopefully, you have successfully linked your card, activated your payment link, and placed it under your stream. Now, set a minimum price for calling you. It can be changed at any time. Don't sell yourself short, but make the conversation accessible!

Before entering the "Connection Room," we suggest you configure your OBS stream widgets: the "Link Widget"—a banner that encourages viewers to join your broadcast.

The "Call Widget"—allows your viewers to see who you are talking to online.

Besides, if you're too lazy to draw banners for the Wannasay service under your stream, we've done it for you. Click, download, and choose the one you like!

So, let's head to the "Connection Room".

Settle in, you're now connected ;)

We hope everything is intuitive, but let's explain what's going on here, just in case.

On the left is the "Queue," where your viewers land after successfully paying a donation through Wannasay. Just above it, you can select the alert ringtone for when a new viewer joins the queue. From the queue, you move viewers into a conversation with you.

On the right is the communication interface. You can select the source for your microphone and speakers.

❗ Remember that the speaker source must match the source in your OBS software so viewers can hear your dialogue.

The queue is a list of viewers who have already paid their donation and are ready to start a conversation.

Here you can see their nicknames, donation amounts, comments (work in progress), and how long they've been waiting in the queue (work in progress).

Choose who you want to talk to, or you can even add everyone to the conversation at once!

For convenience, we made it so the payment link is only active when you are in the connection room.

If you need to step away, you can click "Disconnect," and the donation payment link will be deactivated.

❗ Remember that you are responsible to your viewers for their donations, and it's best not to close the connection room if there are still viewers you haven't spoken to!

In this section, you can link your bank card to activate your payment link and enable automatic payouts.

Payouts to streamers' linked cards on the Wannasay service occur automatically, almost immediately after a viewer pays a donation.

For your convenience, there's no need to manually request a payout.

❗ However, please note that the linked card must be active. If the card is invalid (expired, blocked), the money from viewers' donations will be "stuck" at the partner bank until a valid card is linked.

Here you can view statistics on receiving donations through our service and transferring money to your account.

For your convenience, we added the ability to select a specific time period.
