By hereby performing actions related to the transfer of my personal data to Posline Limited Liability Company (TIN: 1615014722, PSRN: 119169005896, Registered address: 7 Universitetskaya St., premises No. 216/4, Innopolis, Verkhneuslonsky District, Republic of Tatarstan, 420500) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, as a legally capable individual, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data,” I hereby give my specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to the Operator for the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy under the following terms.
The personal data processed by the Operator includes personal data provided directly by me as a User, as well as publicly available data published on the Internet and freely accessible there, which is necessary for the purposes specified in this Consent.
This Consent includes, among other things, the right of the Operator to process personal data (including mixed and automated processing), including the performance of the following actions: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, amendment); use; transfer (provision, access); anonymization; deletion; destruction.
I give the Operator my consent to process personal data for the following purposes:
- identification of the User,
- verification of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided,
- conclusion of civil law contracts,
- establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests related to the use of the website https://demo.wannasay.org/ ,
- sending general information,
- processing User inquiries and requests,
- providing the User with effective customer and technical support in the event of any issues,
- providing the User with information about software updates, special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Operator.
For the above purposes, by agreeing to the processing of personal data, I also agree to entrust such processing and/or transfer the relevant data to third parties on the same terms as apply to the Operator.
My personal data may be processed under the terms set forth in this Consent from the date this Consent is given until the withdrawal of this Consent.
I have been informed that I may withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data and/or to receiving the above information by submitting a request to the Operator via email at help@wannasay.org .
This Consent remains valid until the termination of personal data processing as specified above.
If the User or the User’s representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator shall have the right to continue processing personal data without the User’s consent where grounds exist as specified in Clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the personal data I provide, including its completeness, accuracy, clarity, and direct relevance to me.
If I provide the Operator with personal data, I guarantee that I have the authority to provide such personal data to the Operator and for the Operator to process such personal data under the terms set forth in this Consent. If I provide the Operator with personal data of third parties without their consent, or if I provide the Operator with personal data of third parties while presenting it as my own personal data, I undertake to fully compensate the Operator for any losses incurred in connection with the processing of such personal data. In particular, I undertake to reimburse the Operator for any damages expressed in civil law compensation amounts or administrative fines that may be imposed on the Operator in connection with the processing of such third-party personal data without obtaining their consent.
The Operator shall not be liable if confidential information relating to me is disclosed to third parties due to its being sent to addresses or by using contact details provided by me to the Operator.
